WASTEWATER & EFFLUENT MONITORING
Advanced automated monitoring solutions for continuous control of wastewater quality, industrial effluent, and discharges into receiving waters.
The system continuously monitors pollutant concentrations and key water-quality parameters, providing real-time data, historical records, and automatic alerts when specified limits are exceeded.
Designed for industrial facilities, wastewater treatment plants, municipal networks and environmental monitoring applications.
FROM SOURCE TO DISCHARGE
Continuous monitoring can be implemented throughout the wastewater system — from individual production units and internal drainage networks to treatment facilities and final discharge points.
Monitoring at multiple stages helps identify pollution sources, assess treatment performance and detect abnormal changes before contaminated wastewater reaches the receiving environment.
Data from distributed monitoring points can be transmitted to a centralized supervisory system for continuous analysis, visualization and alarm management.
KEY APPLICATIONS
The monitoring system can be configured for different stages of wastewater collection, treatment and discharge.
INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT COMPLIANCE
Continuous monitoring of wastewater discharged from industrial facilities.
Online measurement helps detect changes in wastewater composition, identify exceedances of specified limits and provide operators with timely information for corrective action.
Suitable for petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, food processing and other industrial facilities.
TREATMENT PLANT PROTECTION
Monitoring at wastewater treatment plant inlets and outlets provides continuous information about incoming pollutant loads and treatment performance.
Early detection of abnormal wastewater composition helps protect biological and technological treatment processes from potentially harmful discharges.
SOURCE IDENTIFICATION
Multiple monitoring points can be installed across individual production areas, workshops, drainage branches or industrial zones.
This distributed approach helps identify the origin of abnormal discharges and determine which process or facility is responsible for changes in wastewater composition.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING
Continuous monitoring of wastewater discharge into rivers, reservoirs, coastal waters and other receiving environments.
Autonomous monitoring stations can combine water-quality measurements with meteorological and hydrological data to help assess pollutant transport and dispersion.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Every monitoring system is engineered according to the application, required parameters, installation conditions and available infrastructure.
CONTAINERISED MONITORING STATION
Designed for comprehensive monitoring at wastewater treatment facilities, major industrial discharge points and other locations requiring a wide range of analytical equipment.
Containerised stations can incorporate sensors, reagent analysers, automatic samplers, sample preparation systems, climate control, backup power and communication equipment.
The configuration places virtually no practical restriction on the number or type of parameters that can be monitored.
PROTECTED TELEMETRY CABINET

Compact IP68 systems are designed for installation directly inside manholes, chambers, collectors and drainage networks where installation space is limited.
The telemetry cabinet can integrate communication equipment, control electronics and connections to submerged optical and electrochemical sensors.
Optional access, flooding and equipment-status sensors provide additional monitoring of the installation itself.
AUTONOMOUS MONITORING BUOY
Designed for continuous monitoring in rivers, reservoirs, coastal waters and marine discharge areas.
The buoy can incorporate an IP68 telemetry cabinet, solar power, GSM/GPS communications, water-quality sensors, meteorological instruments and sensors for current speed and direction.
Autonomous operation enables monitoring in locations where permanent infrastructure or grid power is unavailable.
MEASUREMENT & ANALYSIS
A monitoring system can combine different measurement technologies depending on the required parameters, measurement ranges and operating conditions.
Sensors and analysers are selected individually according to the required measurement method, range, accuracy and certification requirements.
ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS
Electrochemical sensors can provide continuous measurement of parameters including:
  • pH
  • Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP)
  • Dissolved Oxygen
  • Conductivity / Total Dissolved Solids
  • Chlorine
OPTICAL SENSORS
Optical measurement technologies can be used for continuous monitoring of parameters including:
  • Petroleum products
  • Turbidity
  • Suspended solids
  • Color
  • Dissolved oxygen
  • Nitrate (NO₃)
  • Nitrite (NO₂)
  • Selected ions and contaminants
ROTOR / STATOR GEOMETRIES
REAGENT ANALYSERS
Where more complex chemical analysis is required, automated reagent analysers can be integrated into the monitoring station.
Depending on the application, measurements may include:
Nitrate (NO₃)
Nitrite (NO₂)
Ammonium (NH₄)
Phosphate (PO₄)
Total Phosphorus
Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)
Total Organic Carbon (TOC)
Phenols
Sulphates
Heavy metals
Other project-specific parameters

ENGINEERED AROUND YOUR OPERATING CONDITIONS

Every pumping application is different. Equipment selection and configuration are based on the actual characteristics of the process and pumped medium. This lets you configure the pumping system around the application rather than forcing the process around a standard pump.

  • FLUID PROPERTIES
    • Fluid composition and viscosity
    • Gas content
    • Solids concentration and particle size
  • OPERATING CONDITIONS
    • Required flow rate and differential pressure
    • Operating temperature

  • MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY
    • Chemical composition and corrosiveness
    • Materials and elastomer compatibility

APPLICATIONS
Progressive cavity pumps are used across industries where conventional pumping technologies face limitations due to viscosity, solids content, abrasiveness, multiphase flow or demanding operating conditions.
OIL & GAS
Pumping of crude oil, heavy oil, produced fluids and multiphase mixtures across production, gathering, transfer and processing applications.
Progressive cavity technology is particularly suitable for high-viscosity fluids and operating conditions involving gas, solids and variable fluid properties.
MINING
Handling of slurries, abrasive media, tailings and mineral suspensions where controlled flow and resistance to solids and wear are required.
CHEMICAL & PETROCHEMICAL
Transfer and dosing of viscous, chemically aggressive and process-sensitive fluids with stable, controlled flow.
Materials and elastomers can be selected according to chemical compatibility and operating conditions.
WATER & WASTEWATER
Pumping of sludge, wastewater, treatment chemicals and solids-containing media across municipal and industrial water-treatment processes.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Handling of cement additives, gypsum, coatings, compounds and other viscous or solids-containing materials used in industrial production.
FOOD & PROCESS INDUSTRIES
Low-shear transfer of viscous and process-sensitive products where stable flow and controlled handling are required.
